Royal Rangers is a Christian ministry affiliated with the Assemblies of GOD church. The ministry’s goal is to “Equip, Evangelize, and Empower the next generation of Christ-like boys and servant leaders”. It has been in exists for over fifty- (50) years and is in over eighty-(80) countries around the world. It started in 1962 when the LORD called Commander Johnnie Barnes to start a Christian camping ministry for boys. The program used to reach the goal has been review and updated to meet the many challenges and needs of the boys today and getting Rangers ready for the 21th century.
